There are two properties I'm looking at. Both are adjacent to BLM land. They are unzoned, and thus can be used for what I want to do.
One is 320 acres. It will require a deep well of 400 ft or more, but the land is well worth it at the price they are asking. The entire plot is surrounded by BLM land. So in addition to the property, guests will also have thousands of acres to explore.
The other is 160 acres and is like wise adjoined to BLM land. I haven't heard back from the agent regarding ground water, but its likely to be the same as the larger property. And Like the larger property, guests will have access to a large area of public land to explore.
I am also see a lot of other smaller parcels of land ranging from 40 to 120 acres all priced low enough that I can afford the land. Just need investors to fund the development of the land.
